I am Jacob Owen , im jacob owen,from the City of Toronto, Ontario Canada ,Toronto is the largest city in Canada and the provincial capital of Ontario. It is located in Southern Ontario on the northwestern shore of Lake Ontario. i am an Construction Civil Engineer , i am into development ,I also Working with the UNHCR all over the world .... I lost my Lovely wife in a Car Accident Five Years again , i have been on my own working and assisting the poor and the less Privilege I have been on my own without a Woman , just taking good care of myself for the lucky One to come Right I Came in under the division of UNHCR, Guess i will be going back to England few months from now , My daughter is not here with me, and im left with just her in my life ..... As the United Nations refugee agency, we care for refugees by providing a tent for shelter, clean water, sanitation and vital health care. Without UNHCR, many refugees would not survive ...
