Q: What is my commission for referring a sale to the MyPCBackUp service?
A: You will receive $50 per MyPCBackUp sale (regardless of sale amount). This is actually above standard for Biz Opp incentive traffic! Normally they pay $40 on this kind of traffic...
Q: Why can't I login to MyPCBackup account?
A: The most common problem people have is the fact that the product login is separate from the affiliate login. You get to choose a password when downloading the product and a password is generated for you when you create an affiliate account so that makes them different! So it's best to CHECK YOUR EMAIL and login to the appropriate login area...

They also have a "Forgot Password" on each of those links so you can retrieve your passwords if you still can't find it...
Q: Why does The signup page for EZMM not working? it keeps redirecting me to the same page...
A: The issue is the Username you picked is not acceptable. It can not have special characters, spaces or email addresses. Pick a username with letters or numbers only. No Spaces! Then it will redirect to the right page and create your EZMM account....
Q: My sales don’t seem to be crediting in my MyPCBackUp affiliate account?
A: This can happen for a couple of reasons. Reasons outlined in their terms here: http://www.mypcbackup.com/aff-terms ... Also we have had members give out the wrong links to people. Regardless if you get a transaction ID and proof that the person joined, if you gave them the wrong tracking link that doesn't get Cookied to you then the sale will not credit... So double check your links are going to your affiliate tracking. Transaction ID's are irrelevant if it wasn't tracked to you in the first place...
Q: What Countries is this Open?
A: United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand Only send traffic to your EZMM system from these 6 countries.
Q: Can I have more than one MyPCBackUp Account?
A: Yes, but you will not receive $50 credit for them... As far as payouts go there is only one account allowed per household, i.e. you cannot have multiple signups on the same computer IP address and/or the same name/surname. Do not sign up your spouses, siblings, or children if they have the name and live in the same house, you will not receive credit for those sales!
Q: Can I incentivize the MyPCBackUp offer of service, i.e. offer a cash rebate or prize for signing up for the service?
A: NO! You cannot incentivize this offer in any way. You cannot tell people which package to get, you cannot tell them to cancel, and you can’t offer to split commissions with them or offer them any other incentives for them to sign up for the MyPCBackUp service.
Q: How Can MyPCBackUp possibly pay out so much money on a sale as small as $6?
A: MyPCBackUp is a very large company owned in a conglomerate with other brands and services. They have chosen to get their new sales through a CPS offer (Cost Per Sale) for their affiliates. This is not a new method and in fact thousands of companies offer these kinds of referral commissions for sales of their products. On top of this, MyPCBackup knows their sales metrics and they know what the dollar value is of their “average” customer. For them to be able to pay you $50 per sale means that their “average” customer is worth more to them than $50 because they know that their “average” customer is more than likely to take an upsell (MyPCBackUp has many upsells in their sales process) and they also know that their “average” customer retention is well beyond 1 year. In other words, their “average” customer does not quit the service once they start it and is more than likely to renew their service at the end of their billing cycle. This is why it is so important to let the sales process work for itself and not incentivize or tell people to cancel it after a few days just to get a sign up.
Q: MyPCBackUp is saying my email address is not valid when I am trying to sign up for an affiliate account or login to my affiliate account?
A: Make sure there are NO capital letters in your email address. Also ensure there is not a space at the beginning of the email address field you are typing it into.
Q: How come my only option for commission payout from MyPCBackUp is Paypal? Isn’t there a direct bank deposit and wire option also?
A: If you are making less than 10 sales per week, your only options for commission payout will be Paypal. Once you start getting more volume where it is actually cheaper for them to wire you the money they will open that option for you. All Paypal fees and wire fees are paid by the company not you....
Q: When will I receive a check for my sales?
A: After the sale has cleared a 28 day hold, you will be paid out on the next Wednesday... They pay out every 2 weeks from that point on Wednesday... In order to receive full credit for a sale, your referral must not cancel their service in the first 28 days of the service.
