We are looking for a highly talented postdoctoral researcher.
The group investigates infection cycles and host-pathogen interactions using computational and experimental approaches. The successful candidate will work in the area of network biology, in particular, integrative modeling of infection cycles to discover host-pathogen interactions, which will involve network and pathway reconstruction and **ysis, development of automated methods for pathway reconstruction by integrating systems and structural data, and multi-scale modeling of entire cellular processes.

Qualifications and Experience

A Ph.D. in computational biology, bioinformatics, or related disciplines is required. Prior experience in systems biology, reconstruction of signaling pathways, and biological network and pathway **ysis, would be desirable. Programming skills are expected. Experience in proteomics data **ysis, **ysis of protein-protein interactions, omics-data integration, and basic understanding of linear algebra and graph theory are considered an advantage.
