There are so many programs around  that you can make money online with or you don't make anything! I have found sevral that say they do earn money , I tried them and guess what, I didn't make a penny. Yep and that's a disappointment, you spend the $10, $5 ,or even the $2 dollars to start with the expectations of making more and you end up with No refferals, and a Zero balance of money recieved and nothing pending . You just are out of the money you put in someones else's paypal or payza,yes they are making money with the program from all the people they get to join and pay the upgrade and the system doesn't work !
