This theory is very simple for explain of time year or light year. And 31536000 seconds are distance of one Time year. because, one day equal to 24 hours, and 60 minute are equal to one hour, and 60 seconds are equal to one minute. therefore 31536000 / 24 hours / 60 minute / 60 seconds = 365 days of one Time year. or if the Time year value is 4.3, then year value would be 1569.5 years. Or, in more easy words, the earth is one Time year away from the sun. then 365 x 1 = 365 Ok it is easy. Now one star is 4.3 time year away from the sun, then 365 x 4.3 = 1569.5 years distance of star from the sun. while the one time year is equal to 31536000 seconds. So the Proxima Centauri is one thousand five hundred sixty-nine point five years away from the sun.
