Second proof by Mars. 

686 / 360 = 1.905555556 x 24 hours = 45.73333333 x 4.8 one neutron energy = 219.52 / 4 photon of one neutron = 54.88 minute distance of Mars from the sun. and it is a relation between the axis rotation and the distance of earth. 

Second proof by Earth. 

365 / 360 = 1.013888889 x 24 hours = 24.33333333 x 4.8 one neutron energy = 116.8 / 4 photon of one neutron = 29.2 minute distance of earth from the sun. and it is a relation between the axis rotation and the distance of earth.
