Because yours mobile number was already added into the main receiver of city. or when you include the Sim into the mobile. that yours connection is started with main receiver of city. and this idea will be taken us through the moving mobile system. and the electricity is used for the receiver, like a 240 volt power or 440 volt power. 

because happens not too much power into yours mobile for connection. now since receiver is very powerful. So they will catch you, even where would be you. So one matter is to be cleared here. that you always happens connection of receiver, and receiver not yours.
