The speed having different of each atom than the others. and the speed having faster of electron of Uranium atom than the Hydrogen atom. that you knows very well that Hydrogen is 91 times small from the Uranium. 

THE TELECOMMUNICATION ATMOSPHERE. 

The Telecommunication atmosphere is same of each planet and space. and only two little difference are between Planets and space. that the particle of each planet is pulling each thing own inside. and the space system is totally opposite of its. that the each particle is pushing out of the each things from own inside. and from this reason, the Telecommunication system do the work easily both side. but the water is a heavy product of the atoms. So you cannot use easily the system of  Telecommunication into the deep. 

THE EARTH ATMOSPHERE. 

The atmosphere is contain on the gases of the earth. and the electron happens with each atom. and which you speak from tongue with each other. that they also a electron system. or, what is the voice. that the voice happens a heap of electrons. and when you speak the electrons are come in speed. or the voice meaning is a faster speed of electrons. and this speed happens born from the EUG-Heart or from lungs. and from this reason, the voice speed becomes low in old age. So our main point is a speed of electrons. 

VOICE AND ELECTRON. 

Now what is speed of a electrons. this matter is very difficult. But I am doing try. The electron is in life shape of tiny bacteria into the universe. and each life thing can run like a electrons. and It is a free element of universe. but the electron are changed in other shape into the liquid. and from this reason happens not a tongue of fishes. or voice ability becomes finish into the water.

THE SPEED OF ELECTRON. 

14.4 is a charge of one electron. and .008 is a tiny element of sun to which name is Photon. and light speed is 300000000. and the charge happens 1800 pecent much of electron from the one photon. or a electron is 1800 percent big from one photon and 1800 percent small from the eath Hydrogen atom. 

So 14.4 x .008 x 300000000 = 34560000 and it is a total speed of one electron around own system. but it 34560000 value will be called the zero. because it is natural value. or the each electron speed into the water happens nearly 34560000 meter per seconds, if the water is a normal condition. or the each electron speed into the metals happens nearly 34560000 meter per second, if the metal is not much cool or warm. 

So if you are doing use 12 volt electricity. then 34560000 x 12 = 

414720000 meter per second speed of electron. and if you doing use 240 volt electricity. tthen 34560000 x 240 = 829440000 meter per seconds speed of one electron. or if you are doing warm any metals then the speed will be increased. and from do the cool be less. So the electrons makes the voice and moving images. or moving picture
