Details of Timer. 

1. At the 1 mark is a lead of hard drive, which is fasten with two sides, that from motherboard and with the timer. So as you will open the first switch of computer. the electricity will start of whole computer. but not will be start of capital hard drive. because the electricity is reaching only till the timer. not till the capital hard drive. 

2.  It is a timer of capital hard drive. and the electricity is reaching continuous till the timer. but the capital hard drive is not working. because the timer switch is shut. 

3. But as you will press the second button of computer. that the timer will start the supply of electricity into the second lead of timer. which is fasten with capital hard drive. now you will press the second button of computer . So the timer will start supply of electricity into the capital hard drive. and capital hard drive will start for work, revolve.
